Issue 3

Flux captures responses to the rippling, rushing flow of time in our ever-changing world. This month features an awe-inspiring experience swimming with whale sharks; a travelling, metamorphosing tarpspace; and incredible transformations of the human form using a makeup brush alone.

Roll with the punches, take it in your stride and let this issue carry you away from the maelstrom of the everyday.

Issue 4

This month, we explore the theme of the peripheral: people who have been marginalised, positions or choices that are unpopular and things that exist in the twilight or on the edge of our imagination.

Alice Blanch’s brownie box photos beautifully capture this feeling of existing on the edge, while our cover artist Linda E Clarke gives you some tips on how to make gelatine prints, as well as showing off some of her own. On top of that, we have short stories that will make you think, historically conscious fashion and an article on individual diet choices. Let this issue shift your perspective and push you to your limits; sometimes it can be good to live on the edge.
